Well hello there!
It's about time I updated this thing! Just finished doing a batch of Christmas/New Years Cards. (depends on when they arrive!) It's been a rather pleasant evening what with grog and the boys playing unplugged down in the rec room. Only one more day at work and then I'm off for 2 weeks. Alan and I have managed to come up with a list of things to be done while on "holidays". I had no idea that painting, installing light fixtures and cutting down dead trees were vacation type activities! Alan assures me that this is so...... Oh yeah, I also get to drive Adam to many hockey games as well. I'll probably bribe his sister into driving to some of them. Got 2 Xmas parties to go to tomorrow night...should be fun. One is formal and the other is not so I'm trying to put together an outfit that will be suitable for both of them so that I don't have to change half way through the night. Wishful thinking probably. Oh well.
Well my allotted time is up and my son, the gronk, is hanging over my shoulder impatiently waiting his turn.
Ciao for now :)

Adam has been working hard to put together this spot. So far so good Adam!
I'm at work waiting for Alan to arrive so that we can go home, make dinner, feed cats, clean up after dinner, cajole Adam into doing homework, kick cats out and go to bed. Typical Tuesday night. Life is good.....:)
Rachel has kickboxing tonight; she's transforming herself into a lean, mean kicking machine. She's taken to doing Rocky skip rope jumping to VERY loud tunes down in her bedroom. In between bass beats you can just make out the FWACK of the rope hitting her ceiling. Today she spent the day with the Head Pharmacist at Royal Jubilee Hospital on a job shadow of her own creation. She didn't even know she was networking. Smart cookie that girl of mine.
Adam, as he has already mentioned, eats, sleeps and plays computer games. He neglected to mention that he is required by law to attend school which he does grudgingly. Otherwise, he's a normal almost 16 year old male. He has a lovely smile when he recognizes other humans have entered his world.
Alan has his band going quite nicely now. He has reprised most of a highschool band that he wwas part of way back when. Besides himself, on lead guitar (usually his precious 65 Strat), he has Dave, the drummer, Jeff, the bass, and the new guy, Dave, the singer and other guitar player. They also come for the cookies I make for their breaks:) They are sounding pretty darn good and are hoping to get a few gigs in the new year. I get to be a groupie after all!
Gotta go...he's here....later
